Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or have received a faulty item, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
